It was nice to meet you last week during our stay at Reef Residences. I just wanted to drop you a note to let you know we had a wonderful stay. The 2 bedroom villa we stayed in was exactly as advertised and a perfect fit for our family. The pool was great - it felt like a private pool b/c everyone was at the beach - and the beach was beautiful, easy to get to and we were always able to find chairs and umbrellas. My kids had so much fun at the pool and beach each day.
Your staff is terrific - Verne and Prince were very helpful and the housekeeping was excellent. They were nice enough to work the daily cleaning around our 1 year old's nap schedule, which was a big help.
And thank you for your help with the reservation process and answering our questions ahead of our trip.
All in all, we had a great vacation!

We were warmly welcomed by the onsite managers Verne and Prince and could tell right away that we had made the right choice. Our condo (1 bedroom) was super clean, spacious & fully equipped. Big oven, microwave, BBQ poolside terrace, two full bathrooms, internet, onsite washer and dryer and a proper coffee machine. IGA supermarket is just around the corner (approx. 20 min walk) 2 min drive so you can enjoy cooking & dining at the Condo. There are restaurants/ bars within walking distance JoJo Cafe is a great spot for informal beachside dining great jerk and even better margaritas! We loved the fact that even though it is a condo it gets cleaned bi-weekly and there were always fresh & soft towels. Beach and pool towels are provided from the front office. The beach itself is only a few steps away. You can fall right into paradise in a 60 second walk. The beach is stunning and amazingly quiet. Sun loungers as well as umbrellas are always available. There is a coral reef to the left at Coral Gardens we went snorkeling a couple of times and saw sea turtles, sting rays and plenty of fishes. Being at the beach you can forget time & place. The entertaining Thursday night event the 'Fish Fry' is also just down the road or take a stroll up the beach! At night the whole complex is protected by security - but in general we always feel safe on the island. Verne and Prince were around and checking if anything is needed. The whole staff is super friendly and welcoming. We could have easily stayed longer and would definitely come back! We highly recommend the Reef Residences Thanks a lot to Leanne (owner) for answering many emails and questions, made the reservation easy !

I loved the hotel and location Very nice and clean and great management. Vern was so helpful! I can't wait to book again. It will be soon hopefully! Thanks!

Clean and spacious and had everything we needed. The location was awesome. Only about a 2 minute walk to the beach, and right near one of the best snorkelling reefs around. We snorkelled every day and saw some amazing sea life, including spotted eagle rays (3 at a time), sea turtles, barracudas, huge schools of snapper, and much more! Would definitely go back there!! Only downside is that food on the island is really expensive.

A quiet clean environment, friendly staff, a short walk down the beach to great restaurants!
Room Tip: Our two bedroom unit had a lovely private courtyard

First off, the people who helped us book our trip were very accommodating and pleasant to work with. Secondly, the staff were very friendly and gracious. And of course the best beach in the world, just a quick stroll down the path, Grace Bay was awesome as always. This was our fourth trip to Provo and one of the best! First time over New Years! Reef Residences is tucked back behind the Windsong resort with a very quick and straightforward sidewalk to Grace Bay. Once you hit the beach you turn to your right and Reef Residences has some umbrellas and lounge chairs set up for you. Turn to your left and it's a short walk to Somewhere Cafe and Coral Gardens for snorkeling. Our two daughters, 3.5 & 6 years old made immediate friends on the beach with others staying at Reef Residences. Beach play turned to pool play for the kids, back at the resort, on a daily basis. The resort is extremely family friendly and safe. While we didn't BBQ, we saw many folks using the grill. We met many folks who had been there many times before. This is THE place to stay for an affordable / long term stay. The rum punch daily service poolside or on the beach was fun and the kids really liked their daily fruit punch, always served by smiling faces!
The rooms are nice, beds are comfortable & the AC worked well. The rooms are also clean and cleaned daily. The kitchen has what you need for meal prep. There isn't anything I can find negative about Reef Residences. Highly recommended....kind of feel like I've found a secret spot! Reef is a small, comfortable resort - which is what I like!

Another great vacation at Reef Residences. This is our 6th trip. This property is lovingly maintained and staffed. Vern and Prince, the onsite managers are excellent. Be sure to tip them both when you depart. The rooms are always well appointed and clean. Ask for room 7201. Lovely. You are only one block from the most gorgeous beach on the planet. You'll get your rum punch delivered to you on the beach, towels, chaise lounges on the beach. And all of this only steps away from a most gorgeous coral reef filled with amazing wildlife and the Somewhere Cafe. Enjoy.
Room Tip: 7201 is lovely and upgraded!! Garden rooms are a little more $ but wonderful.

The outdoor patio was very large and private and we ate breakfast and lunch there almost every day. The unit itself is quite large and also very quiet. The location is very good. Beach access was very easy and the umbrella chairs were perfect. Verne was the on site manager and he was there every day including new year's day. Every time I asked him for something, he would get it for me. I felt that Verne does a very good job and takes pride in taking care of the Residences. This was our first trip to Providenciales and we felt very lucky with choosing to stay at Reef Residences.

You'd be hard pressed to find a better balance of comfortable and clean accommodations within a two minute walk of a world class beach with a snorkeling reef anywhere in Provo. Add to that a friendly and caring staff, a well equipped kitchen, a beautifully landscaped courtyard with pool, and reasonable rates and you can see why we don't even bother to look elsewhere.

I really loved it there...so relaxing and comfortable. I will definitely look forward to staying there again when I visit Turks and Caicos again.

Door to beach was about a 4 minute walk, the people on property were very helpful, the accommodations were very comfortable, and the location was very convenient. Being at the center of Grace Bay, you are not far from anything on the island. We rented a Jeep and had fun driving around the island so we could see everything. A stray kitten adopted us for the week and we really enjoyed having her around (the milk and food we provided kept her very close :) )! Thanks for a great vacation!!

Would highly recommend this resort. Friendly and helpful staff, clean and spacious unit with high end kitchen and bathroom. Outstanding quality.

Great units and awesome staff to ensure a great visit. Short walk to beach where chairs and umbrellas await you. Can't say enough great things about this place and their staff.

We've previously been to Aruba twice, St Martin, St Kitts, Cancun, and Hawaii. I wanted something medium price, and convenient. I looked at VRBO to find a spot because I had a great experience with the trip to St Martin. After looking at many reviews and destinations, I chose Turks and Caicos. That reduced my options to about 500 rentals. I researched beaches, and reefs, and restaurants, and found that Bight Beach was a great location. That knocked it down to about 20. I continued to research and read reviews, and found Reef Residences. Everyone seemed pleased with the resort, so I booked it.
Now TCI is not a cheap destination, so the price for the room was higher than St Martin, but the room was also larger. Now let's get to the good parts:
Service: I was contacted by Leanne one of the property managers the day before we left for vacation. She just wanted to check in to see if I had any questions. She is so nice, and helpful!! Everyone else at the resort greats you with a smile and asks if they can help you. This place is just great!! Another really nice thing, is that they run the rooms like it is a hotel. You get daily maid service, and can bill massages to your room.
Location: The pool is small, but nice and not crowded. Partly because the beach is just fantastic and is only 100 yards away. They have dedicated umbrellas and loungers for their guests, and come out at noon everyday to offer a rum, or non-rum punch. Again, the beach is fantastic!! If you walk about 50 yards down the beach from your umbrella, there is a reef 30 feet off shore. It is an easy swim around the entire reef (they don't allow you to swim in the middle for safety/environment reasons. I don't know all of the fish that I saw, but I do know parrot, rays, turtles, yellow stripey thingies, purple fish, and others. Ok, I'm not an expert, but who cares!
Price: Again, nothing on TCI is "cheap" but I feel we got a great value with Reef Residences. The size is nice (24 units) so you aren't crowded. The people are great, and the grounds are beautiful. You are in a suite (1, 2, or 3 bedroom).
If you are undecided on a place to stay, or unsure of VRBO, you can't go wrong with this choice!!!

A four minute walk to beaches resort, where friends were staying and we were able to meet there daily. Rooms have full kitchen with utensils and salt and pepper, cookware, ice, and very clean. Staff is warm and welcoming. complimentary Rum punch served daily upon request. Great place for a couple or family with children. Rooms have pullout couch and separate bedroom. Cleaning staff comes daily and complementary 30 minute massage available upon request. A gas grill is poolside and is functioning. The pool is not the greatest but nonetheless a pool, the beach again is just two minutes away. Highly recommended stay here in Grace Bay.

Let me be VERY CLEAR, this is NOT a all inclusive resort with gourmet restaurants and 30 staff, its a small condo/apartment complex located in the 2nd row on Grace Bay Beach. We had a 2 bedroom apartment, nicely furnished, fully stocked kitchen(Fridge, dishwasher, stove, coffee maker, toaster, mircowave) master bedroom with king size bed, 2. bedroom with 2 single beds, and a pull out in the living room. 2 nice bathrooms, with clean fresh towels every day. 3 TV's with cable boxes and free WIFI all incl. The best part was our outside private courtyard, where we would eat breakfast, lunch and spend our time before and after supper, its quiet and cozy, and it's like an extra great room. RR is in a great location 150 Meter walk to the beach, where there are umbrellas and beach chairs, the beach is not crowded, and 100 meters west you have Bright Reef where we snorkelled several times a day with all the Sea turtles and an amazing array of fish and marine life. The beach is absolutely beautiful (I was sceptical about this before we arrived, because it could not be that good!), you have patches with coral, but the rest is just sand sand sand, and the water: WOW! There is a small pool on the property, and we used it a combined 30 mins.(ONCE) the 10 days we were there, and the kids didn't even complain, they loved the beach. We cooked our own Breakfast and most lunches and only a few dinners, I would recommend to go for groceries at the IGA Grace bay, its a little further away (15 mins), but the selection is so much better, we went twice and stocked up and were good for the 10 days. The wonderful Somewhere Cafe is just 5 min. walk from RR, and sits right on the beach, with spectacular sunsets and live music most nights, it's a great "in-expensive" place to eat lunch/supper, and the food is very good. Eating out on TCI is very expensive, but there are lots of restaurants with-in walking distance, or small cab ride into Grace Bay, where the variety is endless. We recently booked again at RR for our 2017 march break vacation, after doing research after we came home on other properties in the area (You can surely find more exclusive/extravagant), we kept on going back to the question, what were we missing at RR, and the answer was always; NOTHING! The staff is GREAT, friendly and very helpful.

Wonderful condo, beach access and rum punch everyday at noon. Staff were amazing and very helpful with recommendations.

They helped arrange a rental car and made some calls for us about some tours. Gave us a few recommendations as well, can't say enough about the staff, especially LeeAnn. Location is awesome. Only a 1 minute walk to the beach. No ocean view, but still a great spot, only steps from the beach and Bight Reef. Excellent value, especially compared to the other resorts right on the beach. If you can live without the beach view, this is a great choice.
